She is also the Co-Owner of Networked Live, a professional development community for growth-driven entrepreneurs and business professionals, and co-host of the Empower and Elevate Conference for Female Entrepreneurs, focused on equipping women with the mindset, tools, and connections to thrive.

Catherine’s leadership journey reflects resilience and reinvention. After years as a stay-at-home mother and caregiver, she built a successful cybersecurity talent business. She believes leadership is rooted in service, trust, and vision, and is committed to creating environments where people and potential are protected and empowered.

Lisa Kneller

Lisa is a Marriage and Relationship Coach who helps women in midlife reimagine, revive, and reignite the love and passion in their relationships. As a Certified Insight Coach, speaker, author, podcaster, and longtime yoga teacher, Lisa brings a holistic and heart-centered approach to love, communication, and personal growth.

With over 20 years of experience in yoga and personal development—and nearly four decades of marriage—she weaves together wisdom and practical tools to guide women through the challenges and possibilities of midlife love. She believes this season of life can be one of deep purpose, powerful connection, and radiant authenticity.

Lisa is also a general life coach and serves women in business, in life transition, and those who want to create cool things in their life.  She is also the author of The Inner Work of Love:  10 Understandings for Lasting Relationships.
